Affiliate Partner Agreement

Issued by Conquest Services Limited (RAK ICC, UAE) and Rogano Limited (Cyprus) | Office No. 416, Burlington Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

This Affiliate Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Affiliate and the applicable Pipcy contracting entity determined under clause 2.6, being either (i) Conquest Services Limited, an offshore company registered with the RAK International Corporate Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, company no. ICC20240979, trading as PIPCY (“Conquest”), or (ii) Rogano Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (“Rogano”). The applicable contracting entity is referred to as “Pipcy”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”. The “Affiliate” (or “you”) is the individual or entity that completes the affiliate registration process on pipcy.com.

By submitting the affiliate registration form and clicking “I Agree” (or equivalent confirmation), the Affiliate acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is legally binding.

Section 1 — Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

“Affiliate”

The natural person or legal entity that has been accepted into the Pipcy Affiliate Program and holds an active affiliate account.

“Affiliate Dashboard”

The online portal accessible at pipcy.com through which the Affiliate manages links, tracks performance, and requests payouts.

“Affiliate Link”

The unique tracked URL assigned to the Affiliate for directing visitors to pipcy.com.

“Challenge”

Any paid simulated trading evaluation product offered by Pipcy, including Pipcy Classic (1-Step and 2-Step) and Pips Mastery Challenge (X2 and X3).

“Commission”

The monetary reward payable to the Affiliate for a Qualifying Referral, or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement (including the Lifetime Commission under clause 3.7), calculated as a percentage of the Net Challenge Fee paid by a Referred Customer.

“Cookie”

A browser tracking token set when a Visitor clicks an Affiliate Link, with a validity window of ninety (90) days.

“Free Trial”

Pipcy’s no-cost entry-level account; referrals resulting only in Free Trial sign-ups without a paid Challenge purchase do not generate a Commission.

“KYC”

Know Your Customer identity verification required before the first Commission payout is processed.

“Promo Code”

An optional discount code granted at Pipcy’s sole discretion to certain Affiliates to distribute to their audiences.

“Qualifying Referral”

A new customer’s first paid Challenge purchase made within 90 days of clicking the Affiliate Link, where no refund is requested within the Refund Window.

“Referred Customer”

A Visitor who became a paying Pipcy customer through the Affiliate’s unique link.

“Tier”

The commission level (Rising Partner, Advanced Partner, Pro Partner, or Legend Partner) assigned to the Affiliate based on monthly referral volume.

“Visitor”

Any individual who accesses pipcy.com by clicking the Affiliate’s unique link.

“Conquest”

Conquest Services Limited, an offshore company registered with the RAK International Corporate Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, company no. ICC20240979, trading as PIPCY.

“Effective Date”

The date on which the Affiliate accepts this Agreement by clicking “I Agree” (or an equivalent confirmation), as recorded by Pipcy.

“Lifetime Commission”

Has the meaning given in clause 3.7.

“Net Challenge Fee”

The Challenge fee paid by a Referred Customer, excluding any taxes, payment processing fees, and discounts applied via Promo Codes not issued by Pipcy.

“Restricted Territory”

Any country or territory in which Pipcy does not provide services, which is subject to applicable sanctions, or which is listed as restricted on pipcy.com (as updated from time to time).

“Rogano”

Rogano Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, of 10 Spyridonos Lamprou, 3106 Limassol.

Section 2 — Eligibility & Enrollment

2.1 To participate in the Pipcy Affiliate Program, applicants must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) not reside in or represent a jurisdiction in which Pipcy does not provide services or which is subject to applicable sanctions; (c) not be a current employee, contractor, or director of Conquest Services Limited or any entity in its corporate group; and (d) submit a complete and truthful application through the designated affiliate registration section of pipcy.com.

2.2 Pipcy reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Declined applicants may re-apply after a period of three (3) months.

2.3 Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive a welcome email containing access credentials to the Affiliate Dashboard, the Affiliate Link, and any available promotional assets.

2.4 Affiliates must maintain an active and authentic presence on the channel(s) listed in their application. Dormant or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.

2.5 Pipcy may, at its discretion, offer Promo Codes to Affiliates based on performance, audience size, and trust level. Promo Codes are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time.

2.6 Contracting Entity and Payments. (a) The Pipcy contracting entity is determined by the Affiliate’s place of residence or establishment: if the Affiliate is resident or established in the United Arab Emirates, the contracting entity is Rogano Limited; in all other cases, the contracting entity is Conquest Services Limited. References to “Pipcy”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company” mean the applicable contracting entity. (b) Where Conquest is the contracting entity, Commissions and other amounts payable to the Affiliate are processed, collected, and remitted through Rogano Limited, which provides payment facilitation and collection services to Conquest under a Payment Facilitation and Collection Agreement. Rogano acts solely in that payment-processing capacity and is not the Affiliate’s counterparty where Conquest is the contracting entity.

Section 3 — Commission Structure & Tiers

Affiliates earn a Commission on every Qualifying Referral, and as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement (including the Lifetime Commission under clause 3.7). Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the Net Challenge Fee paid by the Referred Customer. The applicable rate is determined by the Affiliate’s current Tier, which is recalculated on a monthly basis.

3.1 Tier Evaluation. Tier status is assessed on the first business day following the end of each calendar month, based on the total number of Qualifying Referrals generated during that month. For this purpose, a Qualifying Referral is counted only once its Refund Window has expired without a refund having been requested.

3.2 Monthly Recalculation. Tier status is recalculated for each calendar month based solely on the number of Qualifying Referrals generated by the Affiliate in the immediately preceding calendar month. An Affiliate’s Tier may move up or down from month to month accordingly. No Tier is retained for any minimum period, and performance in any prior month confers no continuing entitlement to a Tier or to the Commission rate or perks associated with it. Any change in an Affiliate’s Tier (whether an increase or a decrease) takes effect from the first day of the calendar month following the month assessed.

3.3 Tier Demotion. Where the Affiliate’s Qualifying Referrals in a given calendar month fall below the threshold for their current Tier, the Affiliate will be moved to the Tier corresponding to that month’s Qualifying Referral count, with effect from the first day of the following calendar month. No minimum retention period or grace period applies.

3.4 Legend Partners. Affiliates achieving Legend Partner status may be eligible for individually negotiated terms. Such arrangements require a minimum of three (3) months of consistent performance history and are subject to separate written agreement.

3.5 First-Purchase Basis. Save as expressly provided in clause 3.7 (Legend Partner Lifetime Commission), Commissions are payable on a Referred Customer’s first paid Challenge purchase only, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Affiliate and Pipcy.

3.6 Free Trial Exclusion. Referrals that result solely in a Free Trial account and do not progress to a paid Challenge within the Cookie window do not generate a Commission.

3.7 Legend Partner Lifetime Commission. As an exclusive benefit of the Legend Partner Tier, and by way of exception to clause 3.5 and to the definition of “Qualifying Referral”, an Affiliate who holds Legend Partner status shall earn Commission, at the Legend Partner rate, on each subsequent paid Challenge purchase made by each Referred Customer attributed to that Affiliate, and not only on the Referred Customer’s first paid Challenge purchase (the “Lifetime Commission”). All Lifetime Commission amounts are subject to Sections 4 and 5 (including the Refund Window, approval, and clawback) on the same basis as any other Commission.

3.7.1 The Lifetime Commission is strictly conditional upon the Affiliate continuously maintaining Legend Partner status. The benefit subsists only for so long as, and in respect of such periods during which, the Affiliate holds Legend Partner status.

3.7.2 If the Affiliate ceases to hold Legend Partner status for any reason, including demotion to a lower Tier under clause 3.3, the Lifetime Commission shall automatically and immediately lapse in respect of all Referred Customers, including those referred while the Affiliate held Legend Partner status. With effect from the loss of Legend Partner status, the Affiliate’s Commission entitlement reverts to the first-purchase basis applicable to the Affiliate’s then-current Tier under clause 3.5, and no Commission shall be payable on any repeat or subsequent purchase by any previously Referred Customer.

3.7.3 Attribution of subsequent purchases is determined by Pipcy’s record of the Referred Customer’s original attribution to the Affiliate (by reference to the customer’s Pipcy account), and not by the Cookie. A Referred Customer already attributed to the Affiliate will not be re-attributed to another affiliate as a result of any later click.

3.7.4 If the Affiliate subsequently regains Legend Partner status, the Lifetime Commission will apply only to Referred Customers first attributed to the Affiliate on or after the date on which that status is regained, and will not revive in respect of any Referred Customer whose Lifetime Commission previously lapsed.

3.7.5 Pipcy may vary, reduce, or discontinue the Lifetime Commission, in whole or in part, at any time on not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Affiliate. Any such change will not affect Commission already approved before the effective date of the change.

3.7.6 The Affiliate acknowledges that, notwithstanding the description “Lifetime”, the Lifetime Commission is not permanent. It will end immediately and automatically on any loss of Legend Partner status, including as a result of a single calendar month in which the Affiliate’s Qualifying Referrals fall below the Legend Partner threshold.

Section 4 — Qualifying Referral Conditions

A Commission is earned only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The Visitor clicked the Affiliate’s unique Affiliate Link;
2. The Visitor’s browser accepted and retained the Cookie;
3. The Visitor created a Pipcy account within ninety (90) calendar days of clicking the Affiliate Link;
4. The Visitor completed a first paid Challenge purchase within the same 90-day window;
5. The Referred Customer has not requested a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase (the “Refund Window”); and
6. The Affiliate has not violated any provision of this Agreement in connection with the referral.

4.1 No Commission will be earned where: (a) the Affiliate refers themselves; (b) a different affiliate’s Promo Code was used alongside the Affiliate Link; (c) the Cookie was cleared or disabled before the purchase was completed; (d) the purchase was not the customer’s first paid Challenge; or (e) Pipcy, acting reasonably, determines the referral was fraudulent or manipulated.

4.2 Cookie Conflicts. In cases where a Visitor clicked links from multiple affiliates, the last valid click before purchase determines Commission attribution.

Section 5 — Commission Approval & Payout

5.1 Commission Status. Following a Referred Customer’s purchase, the Commission enters “Pending” status for a period of seven (7) calendar days (the Refund Window). After this period, and provided no refund has been requested, the Commission is marked “Approved” and becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Minimum Payout Threshold. Affiliates may request a payout once their approved balance reaches a minimum of fifty US dollars (USD $50).

5.3 Payout Frequency. Pipcy processes affiliate payouts on a weekly basis, every Friday. Payout requests submitted after 18:00 UTC on Thursday will be processed in the following weekly cycle.

5.4 Payout Methods. Available payout methods are listed in the Affiliate Dashboard and may include bank transfer, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/ERC20), or other methods as updated from time to time by Pipcy.

5.5 KYC Requirement. Before the first payout is processed, the Affiliate must complete identity verification (KYC) in the Affiliate Dashboard. Payouts will not be released to unverified accounts.

5.6 Transaction Fees. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors, banks, or networks in connection with a payout are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

5.7 Tax Responsibility. All Commission payments are made gross. The Affiliate is solely responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or levies on Commission income in their jurisdiction. Pipcy does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Affiliates.

5.8 Disputed Commissions. If an Affiliate believes a Commission has been incorrectly calculated or withheld, they must raise the dispute in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the relevant payout cycle. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

5.9 Chargeback & Refund Clawback. If a refund or chargeback is processed for a referred purchase after a Commission has been approved and paid, Pipcy reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Commission amount from the Affiliate’s future earnings or request repayment. Pipcy may set off any such amount against any Commission or other sum payable to the Affiliate, and any resulting negative balance is repayable by the Affiliate on demand.

5.10 AML, Sanctions and Payment Compliance. (a) The Affiliate represents and warrants that neither it nor any of its beneficial owners is subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, United States (OFAC), or United Arab Emirates, and that it will not use the Affiliate Program in breach of any anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, or sanctions laws. (b) Pipcy may carry out identity, sanctions, and source-of-funds screening at any time and may withhold, suspend, or delay any payout pending completion of KYC, AML, sanctions, or fraud checks. (c) If Pipcy suspects a breach of this clause, it may withhold payment, suspend or close the account, terminate this Agreement, and make any report required by law, in each case without liability to the Affiliate.

Section 6 — Affiliate Obligations & Conduct

6.1 Authentic Promotion. The Affiliate shall promote Pipcy’s products only through authentic, organic, and honest means. All marketing content must accurately represent Pipcy’s services. Any content that is misleading, exaggerated, or false is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Use of Affiliate Link Only. The Affiliate may only drive traffic to pipcy.com using the official Affiliate Link and/or approved Promo Codes provided by Pipcy. Use of alternative tracking codes, redirect scripts, or unauthorised iframes is a material breach of this Agreement.

6.3 Prohibited Channels. Unless Pipcy has given prior written consent, Affiliates may not promote Pipcy through: (a) paid search advertising (PPC/SEM) bidding on Pipcy’s brand terms, including variations of “PIPCY”, “Pips Mastery”, or “Pipcy Classic”; (b) email spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; (c) incentivised traffic networks or click farms; (d) adult content platforms; (e) platforms that glorify gambling, fraud, or financial scams; or (f) any channel that violates applicable laws.

6.4 Paid Advertising. Affiliates wishing to run paid advertising campaigns that do not involve Pipcy’s brand terms must notify Pipcy at [email protected] at least fourteen (14) days before launch. Pipcy may approve, require modifications, or refuse such campaigns.

6.5 Intellectual Property. The Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pipcy’s trade marks, logos, banners, and other creative assets (whether registered or unregistered) solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program in accordance with this Agreement. No rights to Pipcy’s intellectual property are transferred. The Affiliate must not alter, modify, or create derivative works of any Pipcy brand assets.

6.6 No Impersonation. The Affiliate must not: (a) represent themselves as an employee, agent, or official representative of Pipcy; (b) create websites, email addresses, or social accounts that imply they are Pipcy or are affiliated with Pipcy in an official capacity; or (c) communicate with prospective customers as if acting on Pipcy’s behalf.

6.7 No Self-Referral. The Affiliate may not refer themselves, members of their household, or entities under their control in order to generate Commissions.

6.8 Non-Disparagement. The Affiliate shall not make, publish, or distribute any disparaging, defamatory, or misleading statements about Pipcy, its products, team, or competitors.

6.9 Compliance with Laws. The Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including without limitation data protection laws (such as GDPR where applicable), advertising standards, consumer protection legislation, and financial promotions regulations.

6.10 GDPR & Data Protection. If the Affiliate processes personal data of EU or EEA individuals in connection with the promotion of Pipcy, they do so as an independent data controller and must comply with all applicable data protection regulations. The Affiliate may not share personal data of individuals with Pipcy except as expressly required by this Agreement. Pipcy processes the Affiliate’s personal data in accordance with Pipcy’s Privacy Policy available at pipcy.com. Where the parties’ processing of personal data gives rise to a controller-to-controller, joint-controller, or controller-to-processor relationship, the parties will enter into such data-processing terms as are required by applicable law.

6.11 Mandatory Disclosures and Restricted Territories. The Affiliate must display, clearly and prominently in its promotions, the risk and simulated-product disclaimer approved by Pipcy and made available in the Affiliate Dashboard, and must not promote Pipcy in, or to residents of, any Restricted Territory.

6.12 Right to Require Removal. Pipcy may require the Affiliate to modify or remove immediately any promotional content that Pipcy, acting reasonably, considers non-compliant with this Agreement or with applicable law. Failure to comply promptly is a material breach.

Section 7 — Pipcy’s Rights & Obligations

7.1 Affiliate Dashboard. Pipcy will provide the Affiliate with access to an Affiliate Dashboard enabling real-time tracking of clicks, conversions, pending commissions, and payout history.

7.2 Marketing Materials. Pipcy will supply the Affiliate with approved promotional assets including banners, logos, and product descriptions. Pipcy may update these materials at any time and will notify Affiliates via the Dashboard.

7.3 Support. Pipcy will provide dedicated affiliate support accessible via [email protected] and, where available, through a live chat channel in the Affiliate Dashboard.

7.4 Program Modifications. Pipcy reserves the right to modify Commission rates, Tier thresholds, payout schedules, and any other terms of the Affiliate Program at any time. Where changes are material, Pipcy will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via the Dashboard or email. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

7.5 Product Changes. Pipcy may launch, modify, or discontinue any Challenge product at its sole discretion. Pipcy is not liable for any loss of earnings resulting from product changes.

7.6 Tracking Accuracy. Pipcy will take reasonable steps to ensure accurate tracking of referrals. However, Pipcy does not warrant that all clicks or referrals will be tracked, and is not liable for tracking failures caused by the Visitor’s browser settings, ad-blocking software, or VPN use.

Section 8 — Term & Termination

8.1 Duration. This Agreement is effective upon the Affiliate’s acceptance and continues indefinitely unless terminated in accordance with this Section.

8.2 Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing fourteen (14) days’ written notice to the other party. The Affiliate must send notice to [email protected]. Pipcy will send notice to the email address registered in the Affiliate Dashboard.

8.3 Immediate Termination by Pipcy. Pipcy may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect and without prior notice if the Affiliate: (a) engages in fraudulent activity including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or self-referral; (b) breaches any material obligation under this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within five (5) days of written notice; (c) engages in conduct that is harmful to Pipcy’s reputation or business interests; (d) is found to have provided false information in their affiliate registration; or (e) violates any applicable law or regulation.

8.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (a) the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all Affiliate Links and Pipcy branding from their platforms; (b) any unpaid Approved Commissions will be paid in the next regular payout cycle, subject to verification; (c) where this Agreement is terminated by Pipcy as a result of the Affiliate’s breach or fraud, all Commissions in Pending status and any Approved but unpaid Commissions are forfeited; (d) all entitlement to future Commission, including any Lifetime Commission, ceases; and (e) the Affiliate’s access to the Affiliate Dashboard will be revoked.

8.5 Survival. Clauses relating to confidentiality (Section 9), limitation of liability and disclaimer (Section 10), indemnification (Section 11), independent-contractor status (Section 12), governing law and dispute resolution (Section 13), and the intellectual-property and tax provisions (clauses 6.5 and 5.7), together with any accrued payment obligations, shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Section 9 — Confidentiality

9.1 Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to Commission rates, referral volumes, product roadmaps, technical systems, and business strategies (“Confidential Information”).

9.2 The Affiliate shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without Pipcy’s prior written consent, except to the extent required by law or by order of a competent court or regulatory authority.

9.3 These confidentiality obligations survive for a period of two (2) years following termination of the Agreement.

Section 10 — Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

10.1 The Pipcy Affiliate Program is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Pipcy does not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular earnings level will be achieved.

10.2 Pipcy’s total aggregate liability to the Affiliate under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Commissions paid to the Affiliate in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 In no event shall Pipcy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss, arising from or related to this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 The Affiliate acknowledges that Pipcy’s Challenges are simulated trading evaluation products and do not constitute investment services. Affiliates must not represent or imply that Pipcy’s services constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or any form of regulated financial service.

Section 11 — Indemnification

11.1 The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pipcy, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement; (b) the Affiliate’s promotional content or marketing activities; (c) the Affiliate’s violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any misrepresentation made by the Affiliate about Pipcy’s products or services.

Section 12 — Independent Contractor

12.1 The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venture partner, or legal representative of Pipcy. Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies any employment or agency relationship. The Affiliate has no authority to enter into agreements, incur obligations, or make representations on Pipcy’s behalf.

12.2 The Affiliate is solely responsible for all costs, expenses, and taxes arising from their own business operations in connection with this Agreement.

Section 13 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement through good faith negotiation before commencing formal proceedings.

13.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its Arbitration Rules, by a sole arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE, and the language of the arbitration being English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Section 14 — General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any Promo Code addendum or individually agreed terms appended hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings.

14.2 Amendments. Pipcy may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version on pipcy.com and notifying the Affiliate via email or Dashboard notification. Material changes will be preceded by at least thirty (30) days’ notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

14.3 Assignment. The Affiliate may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any rights or obligations under this Agreement without Pipcy’s prior written consent. Pipcy may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.5 Waiver. Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that party’s right to enforce it in the future.

14.6 Notices. Official notices under this Agreement shall be sent by email: to the Affiliate at their registered email address, and to Pipcy at [email protected]. Notices are effective upon confirmed receipt.

14.7 Language. This Agreement is executed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

14.8 Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance (other than a payment obligation that has already fallen due) to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic, governmental action, and failures or interruptions of telecommunications, banking, payment, or blockchain infrastructure.

Acceptance

Appendix A — Commission Tier Reference

The following table provides the current Commission rates and Tier thresholds. These may be updated by Pipcy from time to time with thirty (30) days’ advance notice.

Commission is calculated on the Net Challenge Fee paid, excluding any taxes, payment processing fees, or discounts applied via Promo Codes not issued by Pipcy.

Appendix B — Prohibited Promotional Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination and Commission forfeiture:

• Self-referral or referral of household members or controlled entities
• Click fraud, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any artificial inflation of referral metrics
• Paid search advertising on Pipcy brand terms (including ‘PIPCY’, ‘Pips Mastery’, ‘Pipcy Classic’) without prior written approval
• Email spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to promote Pipcy
• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Operating fake ‘Pipcy’ social media accounts, websites, or Telegram/Discord groups
• Impersonating Pipcy staff, representatives, or official channels
• Promoting Pipcy on adult content, gambling, illegal activity, or sanctions-related platforms
• Using iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects, or other deceptive technical methods
• Offering cash-back, rebates, or side payments to referred customers in exchange for using the Affiliate Link
• Making financial performance guarantees, income claims, or implying trading results on behalf of Pipcy
• Misrepresenting Pipcy’s products as investment services, regulated financial products, or live trading accounts
